2. Products All products are natural dry fruits with no artificial preservatives. Weights listed are approximate and may vary slightly due to the nature of natural produce. Product images are representative — actual appearance may differ slightly by batch.
3. Pricing All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices may change without notice but your order is charged at the price shown at the time of purchase.
4. Orders We process orders within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation after your order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, in which case you will be fully refunded or contacted to arrange an alternative.
5. Delivery We deliver across Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Free delivery applies to orders over Rs. 2,000. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays outside our control.
6. Cash on Delivery For COD orders, our team will contact you before dispatch to confirm your order and address. If we cannot reach you after two attempts, the order may be cancelled.
7. Returns & Refunds We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, expired, or significantly different from what was ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with a photo. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion. We do not accept returns for reasons of personal preference once a sealed product has been opened.
